Tim LindemuthChapter AdvisorTim Lindemuth has been an adviser for Pi Kappa Phi since 1991. He retired as editor of the "K-Stater" alumni magazine after working for KSU for 37 years.

Judy NickelsonHouse Director/HousemotherMom Judy hails from Beattie, KS, and holds a BS in Accounting from Kansas State University, a MA in Christian Leadership from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Washburn University. She has worked in manufacturing, construction, banking, retail, and real estate management. At Washburn University’s Center for Community and Civic Engagement, she discovered her love of working with young adults. Mom Judy spent three years at a women’s cooperative house before coming to Pi Kappa Phi in Fall 2021. She works on keeping the house in good repair while doing the work she really loves - acting as Mom to this houseful of young men. Mom Judy has three sons of her own who have given her eight lovely grandchildren. She is also active in her church and the Manhattan community.
